About eagle rock farm
Our small urban farm is located in Utah's beautiful Salt Lake Valley. We are blessed to be able to raise our kids to learn about the responsibility of caring for another living, breathing creature, and to treat all creatures, great and small, with respect.

We believe that the chemicals, hormones, and drugs that are so rampant in factory farmed foods these days are harmful to both life and the planet, and we strive to eliminate as much of that as possible from our farm. We won't allow one of our animals to suffer needlessly or die instead of giving medically necessary treatment, but we weigh that very carefully and make sure we give only what is necessary for the animal's health and well-being. We are proud to be able to say that we don't *ever* use hormones to castrate or to try to make our animals milk more or breed out of season, or any other reason!

We understand that naturally raised meats, eggs, and other products cost more than the factory farmed varieties, and we very much appreciate the support of healthy-minded individuals who are proponents of locally and healthily grown foods!
